How We Ship
All orders are shipped from Roswell, Georgia via USPS Ground Advantage. This service typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Processing Time
Each Printed Pretty order is custom printed and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after design approval. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be re-routed or refunded for address errors.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Returns & Cancellations
Because each item is personalized and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once your proof is approved. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and we will make it right! Customer happiness means everything to us!
